Q. Why don't certain pages show up in the site menu?
A. This is because the top menu can only hold up to seven direct links to other pages within the site, adding more pages to the top menu makes the layout very squashed and difficult to navigate. We are trying to keep the site clean and easy to use for anyone that visits the site, if things are laid out in a 'straight forward' fashion it makes it easier to find the information you are looking for.
